According to CoinGecko, this represents a notable shift towards speculative, non-fundamental investments. Solana and Base meme coins also ranked highly, with Solana-related narratives capturing 14.30% of interest. Other popular meme trends included AI meme coins and cat-themed meme coins.The artificial intelligence (AI) narrative was another key focus, accounting for 15.67% of total investor interest. The overall AI narrative ranked second, with a 12.58% share. Despite a slight increase from last year, AI still lagged behind meme coins in popularity.
